Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The received product(s) are incorrect or do not match your original order.
  • The product(s) are expired upon delivery.
  • The product(s) arrived damaged during shipping.

2. Handling Damaged Products:

If a product arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery. If the damage is found after opening the package, you can request a refund or replacement. However, replacements are subject to product availability. In cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

3. Reporting Delivery Issues:

Apothecare Wellness cannot be held responsible for delivery-related issues unless reported within one (1) business day of receiving the order.

4. Returning Non-Defective Products:

Non-defective items may be returned if unopened and unused, subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt to be eligible. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

5. Return Conditions:

The following conditions apply to all returns:

  • Incorrect product orders are not eligible for returns.
  • The batch number on the product must match the invoice for returns to be accepted.
  • Returns due to changes in prescriptions are not permitted.
  • Products must be in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, barcodes, and the invoice.
  • Partially used or opened products are not eligible for return.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products are not eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Medical devices, injections, surgical supplies, health monitors, and orthopedic supports.
  • Temperature-sensitive items such as refrigerated or cold-chain products.
  • Products acquired through specific assistance programs.

Apothecare Wellness does not offer exchanges or replacements for the items listed above. Certain items may also be marked as non-returnable on their respective product pages.

7. How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us via email within three (3) business days of receiving your order, including your order details and reason for the return. We may request images of the products to proceed with the return process.

8. Verification and Collection:

After receiving your return request, we will verify it within three (3) business days. Once approved, we will arrange to collect the returned product(s). Ensure that the product(s) are packed in the original manufacturer’s packaging for return.
