Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
If a product arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery. If the damage is found after opening the package, you can request a refund or replacement. However, replacements are subject to product availability. In cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Apothecare Wellness cannot be held responsible for delivery-related issues unless reported within one (1) business day of receiving the order.
Non-defective items may be returned if unopened and unused, subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt to be eligible. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact us via email within three (3) business days of receiving your order, including your order details and reason for the return. We may request images of the products to proceed with the return process.
After receiving your return request, we will verify it within three (3) business days. Once approved, we will arrange to collect the returned product(s). Ensure that the product(s) are packed in the original manufacturer’s packaging for return.
