Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Full Refund

Apothecare Wellness will provide a full refund under the following conditions:

  • If you receive a defective item.
  • If the ordered item(s) are lost or damaged during transit.
  • If the ordered item(s) are expired or nearing expiry (less than 3 months).

1.2 Refund Process and Timelines

For Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking payments: Refunds will be credited within 7 to 10 working days (subject to your bank’s policies).

For Wallet payments: Refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

Direct refunds may also be issued via UPI/Net banking at the discretion of Apothecare Wellness.

1.3 How to Request a Refund

Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting images/videos (if available)

You may also raise a refund request through our website. Images/videos may be required to verify the claim.

1.4 Verification and Refund Initiation

We will verify your request within 3 working days. If valid, we will initiate the refund process. In some cases, product pickup may be arranged. Ensure products are securely packed in original packaging.

Return Policy

1.6 Return Eligibility

Returns are allowed in the following cases:

  • The product(s) received do not match your order.
  • The product(s) are expired or past their expiry date.
  • The product(s) are damaged during transit.

1.7 Handling Damaged Deliveries

If the package is damaged, please refuse delivery. If damage is found later, contact us for refund/replacement. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

1.8 Reporting Delivery Issues

Delivery-related issues must be reported within 1 working day of receipt.

1.9 Returning Non-Defective Items

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 3 days of receipt, subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 3 days.

1.10 General Return Conditions

  • No returns for incorrect product orders by the customer.
  • Batch number must match the invoice.
  • Returns due to prescription changes are not accepted.
  • Products must be in original packaging with all tags, barcodes, and invoice.
  • Partially used or opened products are not eligible for return.

1.11 Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable categories:

  • Medicines: Cold chain products, items under PAP (Patient Assistance Program), or special discount items.

Items marked “This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange” on product pages are also non-returnable.

1.13 How to Initiate a Return

Email us within 3 working days of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

1.14 Return Verification and Pickup

We will verify your request within 3 working days. If valid, we will arrange pickup. Products must be packed securely in original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

1.16 Customer Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

1.17 Cancellations by Apothecare Wellness

Orders may be cancelled for reasons such as:

  • Product or quantity unavailable
  • Pricing errors
  • Invalid or falsified prescriptions

Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.

1.18 Other Cancellation Scenarios

We may cancel orders if:

  • Products are ordered for resale/commercial use
  • Multiple orders for same item at one address
  • Bulk quantities of same item
  • Invalid delivery address
  • Fraudulent or unethical ordering methods
