Mechanism of Action:

By encouraging the formation of microtubules from tubulin dimers and preventing their disintegration, docetaxel functions. By stabilizing the microtubules and restricting their normal activity during mitosis, or cell division, this stops cancer cells from growing and spreading and ultimately results in cell death.
