Mechanism of Action:

Isuvaconazole works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes. This disruption in membrane synthesis results in the death of the fungal cells, making Posaconazole effective against a broad range of fungal pathogens.

• Prophylaxis of Fungal Infections
• Oropharyngeal Candidiasis
• Treatment of Invasive Aspergillosis, Fusariosis, and other severe fungal infections

Dosage and Administration:
