Mechanism of Action:
Hepatitis B Immunoglobulin (HBIG), which is present in Heparel 100IU Injection, produces antibodies that neutralize the Hepatitis B virus, hence promoting passive immunity. The course of the infection is stopped when these antibodies attach to the virus and render it inactive, stopping it from entering liver cells.
