Mechanism of Action:

Tretinoin promotes the differentiation of immature carcinogenic cells and inhibits their growth by acting on certain receptors in these cells. Tretinoin aids in breaking the block in promyelocyte differentiation caused by the PML-RARα fusion protein in APL, allowing the leukemic cells to develop into viable blood cells.

Dosage and Administration:
