Apothecare.in shall dispatch medicines at best possible delivery times & maximum of 24-48 Hours after receiving order and payment confirmation unless it’s specified might lead to a delay as per place of sourcing. A further confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp communication is sent to you the customer which includes a parcel tracking number.
Depending on order details, availability and preference, we will try to ship you at earliest. Emergency deliveries may not be guaranteed at all the locations and depends on logistics. We offer 2-3 days delivery service on all orders through our Courier partner.
We also offer Express Delivery within 24 hour to major cities in India at a nominal fees basis mutual consent & subject to availability of stock
We are shipping throughout India. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier partners only. For PAN India, we ship via FedEx, Bluedart, Aramex, DHL, Professional, DTDC and Delhivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. We do not ship by local untraceable post or Courier services which do not provide tracking information.
For Bangalore city limits, products are delivered by our local office boy/through delivery riders that gives you seamless delivery services.
If for any reason the pharmacist requires additional information prior to dispatching your order, you will be web-messaged, emailed or phoned.
If for any reason an order is declined you will be informed of the reasons and refunded in full to the same payment method
