Mechanism of Action:

Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase (BTK), a protein essential to B cell survival and proliferation, is inhibited by imatinib. Ibrutinib stops B cells from getting survival signals by blocking BTK, which causes B cells to die and slows the growth of cancer cells.

• Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
• Mantle Cell Lymphoma
• Waldenstrom’s Macroglobulinemia
• Marginal Zone Lymphoma

Dosage and Administration:

Depending on the type of cancer being treated, different Ibrutinib dosages may be required. taken orally, at the same time every day, once a day. Take a glass of water and swallow the capsules whole. Avoid chewing or crushing the capsules.
