If the User opts to cancel the Order owing to the fact that the product is either out of stock or unavailable, Apothecare undertakes to refund the payment. Such payment shall be completed within 5-7 working days from the date of original payment.

If the cancellation request is received prior to the order being processed, a complete refund will be made. However, you will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed by us.
