Bleokey 15IU Injection

Bleokey 15IU Injection is a formulation of Bleomycin sulfate, a damaging antineoplastic agent used in chemotherapy. It treats testicular cancer, squamous cell carcinomas (e.g., head, neck, cervix), Hodgkin's lymphoma, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and can also be used intrapleurally to treat malignant pleural effusion.

Mechanism of Action:

Bleomycin causes single- and double-stranded DNA breaks by producing free radicals, limiting DNA synthesis, and inducing apoptosis in rapidly dividing cancer cells.

Dosage and Administration:

Qualified medical specialists administer the medication by intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM), subcutaneous, or intrapleural (for effusion). The frequency is often once or twice a week, depending on the treatment.
