Taffic Tablet is an antiretroviral medication used for the treatment of HIV-1 infection. It is a fixed-dose combination of three active ingredient such as Bictegravir, Emtricitabine, Tenofovir Alafenamide.

Mechanism of Action:

HIV DNA cannot integrate into the host's genome, a crucial stage in the viral replication process, when bictegravir inhibits the integrase enzyme.

Emtricitabine: Prevents viral RNA from being converted to DNA by inhibiting the reverse transcriptase enzyme. Like emtricitabine, tenofovir alafenamide works against HIV by blocking the virus's ability to replicate by inhibiting reverse transcriptase.
